This Monday, April 25, 2016, the House will start to debate the FY17 budget. Representative Walsh and Representative Kaufman both filed amendments to expand the housing court statewide and provide for funding to start the expansion. Forty-three Representatives signed-on to co-sponsor their amendments (click to see the list so far). We also know that others who did not sign-on support the effort.
We are focusing on the following amendments filed by Representative Walsh:
