List of Cities and Towns by Division

Chapter 47 of the Acts of 2017, signed into law on July 17, 2017 established a statewide Housing Court. It went into effective on July 1, 2017 and created a new 6th division. It provides all cities and towns in Massachusetts with access to a Division of the Housing Court as follows:
