On July 26, 2018, the FY19 budget included full funding for the Tenancy Preservation Program ($1.3 million) and for Housing Court Expansion ($2.6 million). The budget also included increased funding for rental assistance programs that prevent evictions and work hand in hand as a critical resource to strengthen Housing Court.

The Court continues to focus on implementation. Click for more information about where the Housing Court sits.
