Representatives Sanchez, Kulik, and Smola

Dan Bancroft, an attorney who has represented private and subsidized property owners for over 30 years, says about TPP -

"The tenant would have lost his housing but for TPP stepping up and appealing the improper denial of SSDI benefits and providing interim funds while the tenant awaited receipt of retroactive SSDI benefits. TPP continues to provide services essential to satisfying the goal of full and equal access to justice in the Housing Courts. Due to lack of adequate staffing, TPP cannot assist all the tenants who require help. They should receive additional funding. No budgetary item is more important."
